1 kg Cut up ChickenMarinated100 g Butter Little oil 2 grated tomatoes1 large fried onionLittle of whole Jeeru (Cumin) 2 cinnamon sticks 1 pinch crushed Elachi (cardomom)1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 tablespoon Portuguese Chicken spice 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon magic masala or peri peri masala 1 /2 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon paprika ¼ cup mexican sauce Mix all together Cook on Med heat on stoveAdd a bit of water if u prefer a slight thick gravy When almost done Add 3-5 tablespoon cream Let it cook Adjust the Salt Chilli and Gravy Top with fried potato wedges And fried Robot or Jalepeno peppers Enjoy on Bed of Peas Rice or Veg Rice Enjoy
