INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken mince
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tomatoes grated
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon tumeric
- ½ cup peas
METHOD
Braise onions in oil till soft
Add ginger and garlic paste plus the chicken and cook for 5mn till it changes colour
Add the rest of ingredients and cook till all moisture has evaporated (don't overcook, it will get dry)
Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander.
