1 chicken cut into pieces marinate in:2 big spoons lemon 🍋 juice 1 big spoon mayo2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon Mexican spice 2 teaspoon tandoori masala or spice ¼ cup sour milk ½ teaspoon saltFew drops yellow 💛 and red ❤️ coloring
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) Boil: ¼ cup fresh cream & 2 tablespoon prego sauce.Pour over chicken Garnish Serve with rotis & wedges
