5 packets Durban curry noodles(no other variations) 1 large green pepper 2/3 green chillies 1 large onion 5 eggs Half a roll of mutton or garlic polony 1 heaped teaspoon masala Salt
Dice onions , pepper and chillies Chop polony into quarters Boil noodles drain and spice with Durban curry flavour Fry onions, chilli and pepper till cooked, add in masala and a little bit of salt( not too much as noodles flavour has salt already) Add polony and cook for 2 minutes Lower heat and add all eggs(beaten) and toss together When eggs are half done, add noodles, toss together and cover and let cook for about 3 minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander)
INFO & TIPS
You can omit chillies if you can't handle too spicy
