400g Salmon or Hake deboned or deboned Fish Marinate with1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic+ 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Chilli Flakes1 tablespoon Robertsons Fish Spice 1 & ½ teaspoon Crushed Black Peppercorns1 teaspoon Green Chilli Paste2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon MayonnaiseLittle SaltMix with a little oil to make a paste Mix wellMarinate Fish slices for couple hours or Overnight
Fry in little Oil in a Skillet turn twice Once done
SERVING SUGGESTION:BASTE WITH LEMON BUTTER SAUCE OR GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE Garnish With Shallot and dhania (coriander)
