12 loin chops1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste ½ teaspoon Garlic1Tblsp Mutton Masala 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder Rosemary 2 tablespoon Magic masala or Portuguese marinade1 small grated Onion 3 tablespoon Tomato puree 1 small grated Tomato 2 tablespoon Oil or ghee (Clarified butter) Method In Pot Heat oil or ghee (Clarified butter) Add the Chops let it fry slightly with the Ginger & Garlic pasteLet it change colour Add the rest of the ingredients The onion tomato and spices Cook till done. And almost dry no gravy just masala place in casseroleFry Potatoes cut in thick rounds And place on top Garnish with chopped Green dhania (coriander) On top of chops Add the marinated chops Cook on low till done Serve with Rolls or Bread Enjoy😋
