1kg chicken pieces with skin on
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon crushed chillies
2 teaspoons green masala
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon mother in law masala
1 teaspoon of any other masala of your choice
Cracked black pepper
Handful of chopped dhania (coriander)
3 green chillies
Oil(enough to coat chicken and cook)
Marinate chicken with all spices and oil and refrigerate for +-2 hours. Cook on high heat for a few minutes skin side down to crisp up then lower heat and cook till done. If it becomes a bit dry add very little water. I added sliced potatoes as well.
INFO & TIPS
Do not cook with excess water as it must be dry and not gravyish.
Serve with Roti and mayonnaise
