Tart : 113g unsalted butter ½ castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 egg Pinch of salt (if using salt butter do not add) Approx 1½ - 2 cups flour
Method : Cream butter and sugar until white and creamy. Add in the egg and vanilla beat well. Add flour and salt mix to form a dough. Dough shouldn't be too soft nor too firm. First add 1 And half cup flour see if you need to add more. Roll out dough thin cut with a square or round cutter. Bake for 10 minutes on 180 deg.
