1 kg mutton½ kg double beans 2 onions3 tomato1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin) (heap)1 tablespoon chili powder½ tablespoon aradh 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic Boil double beans in water till soft. Strain into a colander. Braise onions in oil. When onions turn to golden color add mutton and cook till soft. Add boiling water as it is cooking. Add in your spices and when oil comes up add in your tomato. Cook for a few minutes then add in your beans. Cook together till slightly dry.
