1kg fish cubes.
2 teaspoon garlic paste.
1 teaspoon fresh red chillies. 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
½ teaspoon cardamon powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon tandoori masala.
3 tablespoon oil.
3tblsp lemon juice.
1 teaspoon fish spice or Aromat (a South African Spice).
½ cup plain yoghurt.
Cube the thick middle part of the fish or use fish fillets..combine ingredients together and marinate for 2-3 hours..add yoghurt and coat..thread 4-5 pieces onto a skewer..grill on fire or in pan..continue basting with left over marinate..serve with grilled potatoes

Cooked it in. 1/4 cup ghee.
I used sour milk cos never had yoghurt
