INGREDIENTS
1 kg red fish / hake cleaned and cut
Fish oil / peri oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
½ teaspoon ground green chillies
2 tablespoon dhana powder
1 tablespoon fish spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
Crushed red chillies
Squeeze juice of whole lemon if small lemon then 2
Salt to taste
Finely chop fresh dhania (coriander)
Kari leaves
Finely chopped mint
2 tomatoes chopped ( optional )
METHOD
marinade fish in all the above for atleast 2 to 3 hours .
In a pan fry the fish after 5 minutes of frying add the tomatoes and fry until fish is cooked .
