INGREDIENTS
1 butterflied & de-scaled yellow tail fishFish masalaSaltFreshly cracked black pepperBaby marrowsTomatoesOnionsPeppersLemons2 pkts Knorr white sauceMilk
METHOD
Wash and pat dry fish.Rub fish masala on the inside and outside of the fish.Cut veg into rings and place inside butterflied fish.Sprinkle on salt and pepper.Tie fish up with string.Place lemon slices ontop of tied up fish.Wrap fish in foil snuggly, place on fire.Cook till fish is just done Remove foil and string.Make white sauce as instructed and serve alongside or onto fish.
