Grilled Fish Fillet with lemon butter cream sauce.

500g fish fillets, cut into portions wash and drain
2 tablespoon fresh cream
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 tablespoon maziena
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Juice of half lemon
Lemon sauce :
¼ cup fresh cream
4 tablespoon butter
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic crushed
½ teaspoon fish spice
Make a paste with fresh cream, maziena, chillies, salt pepper and lemon juice. Add fish fillet and set aside for 30 minutes.
Pre heat airfryer 180°c
Drizzle fish fillet with olive oil. Place in the basket of the airfryer and slide into airfryer. Set time for 10 minutes.
In the meantime pre the sauce. By combining all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Place fish on a serving plate, throw sauce over. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
