RECIPE

1kg fillet steak sliced Wash and drain
In a pot add:1 thin slice of butter1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 tablespoons sriracha sauce2 tablespoons lemin juice 2 tablespoons clover cream o' naise 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods peri peri masala A sprinkling of:@robertsonsspiceMasterblends zesty lemon & herbMixed herbsSteak and chops spicePaprikaMix wellAdd steak.Cook on very low heat till tender. Add very little water if necessary.
To make the burgerSlice round bunsButterAdd LettuceSteakTomato slicesTop with sauces of your choice I used nandos perinaise, mochachos whip & woolworths sriracha mayo. Crumble feta cheese over. Enjoy. I served with hassleback sweet potatoes.
For the sweet potatoes I brushed with melted butter. In the butter I added mixed herbs and salt. I served with sour cream. It melted over and was so yum 😋
