INGREDIENTS
1kg tenderized steak 1 tablespoon green masala (green chillies)1 teaspoon garlic salt1 tablespoon Worcester sauce1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar3 tablespoon butter 250ml fresh cream 4 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce
METHOD
1. Cut 1kg tenderized steak into nice size pieces. 2. Marinate in 1 tablespoon green masala (green chillies), 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce,1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Leave to marinate at least an hour. 3. Melt 3 tablespoon butter then add your marinated steak with ½ cup water and let it cook on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes until steak is soft and tender. 4. Add in 250ml fresh cream and 4 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce ,cook on low heat until sauce thickens. ( Add this only before serving ) ENJOY! 😍
