Boil 1 packet penne pasta in salted water. Drain set aside. Braize 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add freshly minced garlic and ground green chillies. Add in 3 cubed fillets with salt dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and little arad (Turmeric).Cook till dry. Add in ½ tin creamstyle corn 1 tub sour cream 1 packet knorr creamy cheese mixed in 500 ml milk.Mix well and simmer.Add in ½ cup grated cheese. Add pasta. Mix well. Garnish with mixed herbs. Serve immediately.
