Creamy Steaks

RECIPE

1kg fillet steak
1-2 teaspoon fine salt
1tblsp ginger garlic
1 teaspoon steak and chop spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
1tblps lemon juice
1 teaspoon grounded green chillies
2tblsp knorr black pepper sauce(make paste
with water)
1 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce
1tblsp nandos garlic sauce
2tblsp spur bbq sauce
1tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2tub fresh cream
Marinate steak with spices- cook until ¾
done- add chopped onions and green peppers-
add sauces and fresh cream and simmer til
done- serve with rice or chips enjoy!
