INGREDIENTS
6 Long Rolls
3 tablespoon Garlic butter
1 (250 ml) Fresh cream
1 (250 ml) sour cream
2 tablespoon Mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella Cheese
METHOD
Cut rolls into 4 pieces each and leave aside.In a saucepan add the remaining ingredients besides the cheese. Bring it to a boil. Dip each cut piece of roll in the fresh cream mixture and place in a greased casserole dish or pyrex. Pour remaining sauce over the rolls.Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and mixed herbs or parsley.before serving, bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °c till cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
