Sift all dry ingredients together (except sugar) Separate egg white and yolk Beat egg whites till stiff. Add sugar and beat till it becomes glossy.Add vanilla. Add this to the dry ingredients Mix wellAdd yolks Mix well Grease a swissroll tray and like with baking paper. Pour batter. Tap tray on counter to remove any bubbles. Bake on 180° for 10-15 minutes. Poke and check if done. Remove and immediately roll in cloth and coverOnce cooled. Unroll and spread sweetened whipped cream or filling of your choice. Roll again. Top with chocolate ganache. Enjoy!
