A firm favorite for studying, snacking and Ramadhaan
1 cup dates 1 cup hot water + two tablespoon 60ml cocoa powder ½ cup oats 1 cup coconut dessicated. 3 Tablespoons peanut butter 1 Tablespoon honey Nuts, crushed (optional)
1.soak dates in the cup of hot water (not boiling) for around 40 minutes 2 . Chop the dates and transfer to a bowl 3. Add the peanut butter, honey and the extra 2 tablespoon water. Mix well 4. Put in first the cocoa powder then a ½ coconut, oats and nuts. Break of the dough and roll into balls 5.in a separate dish add the rest of the coconut and coat the balls
