INGREDIENTS
Fish 2Plain yogurt 4-5 tablespoon Salt to taste 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon peri peri sauce 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 1 tablespoon crushed garlic ½ tablespoon red masala 2 teaspoon tandoori fish masala ½ teaspoon black pepper powder 2 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Mix everything and mrnd the fish for 2 hour Grill on 180°c until done Remove frm oven then sprinkle chat masala Enjoy🤗
