Ingredients : 1 kg Fish slices , washed and towel dried ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon green chillie paste
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon fish spice 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon bbq spice 1 tablespoon gram flour Curry leaves chopped fine 2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Mix the spices into a thick paste and smear over fish. 2. Marinate for a few hours. 3. Fry in ½ cup of oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side . 4. Donot overcrowd the pan , fry only a few pieces at a time till golden. HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING 💜💜
