RECIPE

Marinate 1 kg fillet steak butterflied in:2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 2 tablespoon Portuguese sauce @minniesfoodsCook in butter till tender.Boil:3 tablespoon garlic butter½ cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 tablespoon Portuguese sauce @minniesfoods
Boil and pour over steak. Simmer
Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). I served with rotis and creamy veggies
