INGREDIENTS
1kg Steak Marinate In:
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger, - 2 Teaspoons Garlic, - 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, - 2 Teaspoons Portugese Spice - ½ Teaspoon Мєαт Tenderizer - 4 Tablespoons Oil, - 6 Bay Leaves, - Salt To Taste, - 2 Onions, - 2 Tomatoes.
METHOD
Lay The Steak out In A Flat Pot. Slice The Onions & Tomatoes Into Rings & Arrange Them Over The Steak. Add 1 Cup Of Water. Cover The Pot & Let It Cook on Meduim Heat Until Done.
Sauce:
- 2 Tablespoons Oil, - 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise, - 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste, - 2 Tablespoons Aminas Portugese Marinade - 1 Tablespoon Butter - 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice - 1 Tabelspoon Coarse Red Chillies, - 2 Teaspoons Mustard Sauce - 2 Teaspoons Peri-Peri Sauce.
*Heat Oil & Braise These Ingredients For 2 Minutes. Lay out The Steak In A Flat Oven Dish & Pour The Sauce Over The Steak. Heat Under The Grill Just Before Serving.
