In a pan add the oil And the onions and only cook until onion is soft not brown. Add the ginger garlic and green masala and braise on slow for 1 minute add the steak and mix . Add the remaining dry spices and cook until water burns out add additional 3 cups water and cook steak in low until steak nice and tender .add the tomato paste and pacalalli sauce and cook for another 5 minutes or more . Lastly add the finely chopped dhania (coriander) and mix it in . Assemble : Roti Add the steak and top with salad of your choice . Close roti and make it crisp on the tawa .
