INGREDIENTS
6 medium potatoes cut into 44 large eggs boiled and halved1 onion sliced1 tomatoe choppedA big piece of dryfish soaked in hot water for 15 minutes4 green chillies sliced3 cloves of garlic sliced2 tablespoons of mix masalaHalf a teaspoon of turmeric powder
METHOD
Remove the dry fish from water after fifteen minutes and cut into chunksAdd oil in a pan and fry the dry fish and garlic ..then add in onions and chillies and fry till dry fish and onions is lightly brown..add in tomatoes and spices and fry for 3 minutes then add in potatoes and enough water and cook on medium heat till potaties are nice and soft and gravy is thick..nb..when adding salt dont add too much because of dry fish..best to add alil then taste afterwards and add again..enjoy☺
