2 brinjals cut like wedges(Steam ) 2 Potatoes slice like chips and steam few minutes in microwaveRobot peppers cut in strips 2 tomato cut in rounds then in 4 strips 1 Onion slicedIn a pot heat 3-4 tablespoon oil Add curry leavesLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin) and little mustard seed 1 teaspoon crushed garlicNow add onions robot peppers potato chips and brinjals.. 1 teaspoon vinegarAdd +-1 tablespoon Akalwaya pickle masala+- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli flakes ½ teaspoon tumericCook all together till all vegs are nice and softTASTE FIRST THENAdd SALT Only if necessary
Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)Enjoy with rotis
