1 chicken (disjointed- skin on optional)
1 teaspoon ground green chilli
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon Nando's medium peri-peri sauce
2 tablespoon garlic sauce
30g garlic butter
Steam chicken in above till just done. As soon as chicken is just done, drain excess water.
Boil sauce and pour over.
Place chicken in oven under grill and redden for few minutes.
Serve with potato wedges and portuguese rolls.
