INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet sliced thin 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon chicken spiceA good sprinkle @woolworths_sa Italian Grind ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika 2 tablespoons yoghurt 2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons Nandos Wild Herb 2 tablespoons Nandos Bushveld braai (bbq)Salt to taste
For the salad Pastrami lightly fried Boiled eggs Frilly lettuce Iceberg lettuce Tomato wedges Cucumber Sliced white onion Roasted sesame seeds and cashews Top with salad dressing of your choice
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients and marinate chicken fillets. Air fry at 165 degrees C for 10 minutes. Remove from air fryer baste with leftover marinade, turn each fillet over and baste the other side. Air fry for a further 10 minutes. Check for doneness and set aside.Serve with bulgar wheat pilaf
