Jelly
Make as per box instructions
Pour jelly into ¼ of the glass and tilt them into cupcake tins so they are at a slant and keep in fridge till set.
Custard
1 litre milk
½ cup sugar (a little under)
5 tablespoon custard powder (slightly heap)
½ cup milk
I always cook my custard in the microwave so I don’t have to worry about it burning on the stove.
Place milk in a bowl and heat in microwave for about 15 minutes
Make a paste with the ½ cup milk, custard powder and sugar.
Mix into the milk and put back into microwave to cook.
Cook till it bubbles on the side making sure you give it a stir every 6-7 minutes.
When done taste to adjust if you want it more sweet or thicker and put through a sieve to remove lumps.
When cool keep in fridge till cold then you add above custard
