2 kg fillets cubed big chunksΒ½ cup milk2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon lemon π juice 2 tablespoon @mrsps_ Tandoori masala 2 tablespoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies Salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo Combine above. Cook with 150g butter Wen Β½ way cooked add inΒ½ cup Tomato π puree 1 packet tomato π paste 1 Β½ cups milk mixed with 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 1Β½ cups fresh cream
METHOD
Add above. Simmer till slightly thick. Garnish with lots of dhania (coriander).Serve with savoury rice or rogni naans
