INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken ¼ cup oil 1 onion1 piece taj1 Elachi (cardomom)1 teaspoon whole jeeroo1 green chillie cut in half2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon fine red chillies 1 teaspoon tumeric powder 2 teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala 2 potatoes ( peeled and cut in 4 each )3 tomatoes (liquidized in ½ cup water)
METHOD
On medium heat add oil onions taj Elachi (cardomom) whole jeeroo and green chillies saute till pink Than add chicken potatoes salt chillie powder tumeric dherna jeeroo powder ginger garlic masala mix well and cook with pot lid close on medium low till potatoes are ¾ way done (add a little water if needed to cook for potatoes to cook ) than add tomatoes and continue to cook till potatoes and tomatoes are done Garnish with coriander Serve with rice or roti
