INGREDIENTS
1 avocado (cubed)Grated cheddar cheese (optional)2dzn mini tortillas
Sauce-125ml Sour cream½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Filling-500g chicken fillet (cubed)1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon lime juice1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Salsa-2 tomatoes (cubed)1 onion (chopped)Fist fresh coriander (chopped)2 jalapenos (chopped)
METHOD
1. Heat oil, and spices, ginger garlic masala and garlic. Braise for few seconds then add chicken and lime juice.2. Cook chicken till almost done, then add sauces. 3. Once done, shred and leave aside.4. After cubing avo, toss with some lime juice so does not brown.5. Mix sauce ingredients.6. Mix salsa.7. Fold tortilla into taco shell shape. 8. Spoon in chicken, cheese, avo, salsa and sauce. Serve.
