for the dough :
2 cup cake flour1 tablespoon instant yeast½ tspsalt2 tablespoon sugar¼ cup oil½ cup milk½ cup waterCombine the dry ingredients.Heat milk and water till lukewarm, add the oil to this Add the liquid to the dry ingredients to make a soft dough Allow this to rise.knock down and divide into 8 balls or less ( depending on what size you want to make )Roll out into a circles.Place filling on one half of the dough,fold over and press sides with a fork.Brush with beaten egg,and sprinkle with parsley,sesame seeds.Allow to risebake at 180 degrees or till golden
chicken filling :
1 kilo fillet 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 ½ teaspoon red chili paste ½ lemon freshly squeezed 1 tablespoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ¼ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon orange pepper spice 1 tablespoon gorimas tikka spice 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon mustard sauce 1 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon peri sauce oil

I also from time to time fry chips and Vienna ass sale vinegar and masala and to the filling with some sauce
METHOD
Marinade and cook chicken until done .you can spread some mayo or add peri sauce to mayo and spread on dough place filling place grated cheese - optional close.Bake.
