1 large chicken (disjointed)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
Pinch turmeric powder
2 tablespoon buttermilk/ sour milk
125ml fresh cream
3 tablespoon Veri Peri hot African sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Cook chicken in above until halfway done. Remove from stove.
2. Boil sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Grill in oven till chicken is reddened. Pour extra sauce in a serving jug and pour on chicken when eating.
