Tandoori Chicken Skewers
1⁄2 kg chicken fillet cut in to large cubes Green/red & yellow peppers cut in into same sized cubes Red onions cubed
Marinate chicken in: Salt/black pepper 1⁄2 teaspoon dry tandoori powder 1 teaspoon wet tandoori paste 1⁄2 fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoon yoghurt 1 teaspoon dhana/jeera 1⁄2 teaspoon chicken spice 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Leave to Marinate for a few hrs Then thread chicken, peppers & onions through skewers & grill on a griddle pan or braai (bbq). Serve with chips & Fattoush Salad Enjoy!
