INGREDIENTS
Crispy Chicken wrap
1 Kg chicken cut into strips and marinate with:
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon
Red ginger garlic/peri peri masala
Egg mixture:
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
Whisk
Flour mixture:
¼ cup flour
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
Green masala
1 tablespoon chicken spice
Parsley
Dip the marinated chicken strips in egg then the flour mixture and fry
Can be frozen and serve whenever desired
For the wraps I used Roti (normally I use store bought tortilla wraps)
Assemble:
Make a sauce with mayo and sweet chilli sauce mix and spread on the wrap.
Lettuce
Chicken strips
Salsa( cubed tomato,red onion,cucumber)
Some jelepeno can put more of the mayo sauce as sweet chilli sauce over
Close and make hot on a pan
Or u can make the wrap hot before u assemble everything in an oven or pan.
METHOD
Crispy wedges
I cut into wedges place in a Pyrex cling it
Micro wave for 5 to 7 minutes
Remove cling
Add some olive oil
Garlic butter
Lemon pepper
Bbq spice
U can Sprinkle any spice of your choice
Place in the oven to grill until crispy
