Jalapeno Samoosa

RECIPE

5 medium Onions cubed braise in butter
Add Jeeru (Cumin) garlic paste jelepeno (red chilies) (alot) and salt
Add 1kg Chicken cube very small
Add Black pepper and mayonnaise
Let water dissolve completely then remove from heat
Add Cream style sweet corn 1/2tin or more (not whole)

Add sauces
Steers spicy tikka sauce about 2 tablespoon
Steers BBQ sauce 2 tablespoon Steers garlic sauce2 tablespoon green dhaniya
Steers Sweet chili 1 tablespoon spring onions
jalapeno sauce

Yellow and green pepper small cubes add in filling
Lots of cheese about 1 1/2cup

Mix
And fill in samoosa
Dip in eggs
and coat with plain cornflakes crumbs
