INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon bicarb
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1 teaspoon vinegar(white)
pinch of salt
METHOD
beat all ingredients from egg to
vinegar.
pour in pyrex dish, bake on 180 for 40
minutes.
INFO & TIPS
syrup:
1/4 lb butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
boil together until butter and sugar
melts. prick pudding after baked and
pour hot syrup over hot pudding.
serve with hot custard or nestle cream.
