INGREDIENTS
1 cup Milk1 teaspoon bicarbBeat together 1 egg1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt2 tablespoons apricot jamBeat togetherAdd in the milk and bicarbSauce3 tablespoons butter½ cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1.2 cup boiling water½ can ideal milk1 cup of milkAdd all the above ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
METHOD
Pour into greased Ramekins and bake in preheated 180degrees oven untill cake skewer comes out clean.Poke holes into the cake and pour sauce overYou can also bake this in a greased oven proof rectangular dish, and cut into squares after you pour over the sauce.
