RECIPE
Boil 1 litre milk.Add 4 slices of bread( with the crusts) to the milk. We used white bread.Leave to cool for a bit.Liquidise the following :4 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 small tin Nestlé cream1 large tin of condensed milkFine Elachi (cardomom)
Top with a handful of sliced almonds,sliced pistachio, brown sugar and fine Elachi (cardomom). Bake on 180 °C for an hour in a water bath.
