Fresh coconut ghas pudding
(Makes 6 servings)

Dissolve:1 ½ teaspoon China grass powderLittle water Mix and set aside
Pudding:Heat together 3 cups milk½ cup sugar¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (Add in ½ teaspoon coconut essence if available) Bring to a simmerAdd in ⅓ cup cream (I used Meadowland)Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour into a dish or individual bowls.Leave to cool and refrigerate until set.
For garnishing:White chocolate shardsPiped cream Fresh grated coconutSliced almonds
