INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre milk - 1 tin condensed milk- ⅓ cup sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence - 3 teaspoon custard powder- 1 ½ teaspoon ghas powder- 1 tin nestle cream
METHOD
- Mix ghas and custard powder in a third cup of cold water until dissolved. - In a pot add the milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla essence and ghas mixture. - Bring it to boil on medium heat stirring continuously using a spatula. - Once it starts boiling lower heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring continuously.- Remove from heat and add the nestle cream. Beat with hand beater until frothly.- Pour into a pyrex and allow to set. Place in the fridge once cool. When set sprinkle cinnamon powder/decorate as desired
