INGREDIENTS

2 eggs separated3/4c caster sugar½ c oil½ c milk1 teaspoon vanilla2 teaspoon baking powder1 ½ c flour½ teaspoon salt

METHOD

Beat egg whites until fluffy, add in sugar beat for a few minutes then add in yolks and vanillaadd in remaining ingredients and mix on low until batter is creamyBake at 180 for about 15mins
