INGREDIENTS
Black Forest Puddings

Ingredients:
3 cups milk
2 tablespoon Custard powder
1 cup hot Water
2 tablespoon Cocoa
Sugar to taste
1 tub cherries
2 tablespoon sugar
¼ cup water
Pinch bicarb. of soda
Garnish:
Whipped cream
Chocolate vermicelli
Fresh cherries
METHOD
Heat milk. Mix custard powder in little cold milk and mix in. Mix water and cocoa till smooth and pour in. Mix till smooth, add sugar to taste and bring to boil. Thicken into a pudding texture. Remove from heat.
Make cherry compote by mashing cherries. Remove pits and place in pot with water, sugar and bicarb. Cook till goeey.
Spoon compote into cups, spoon over custard, then top with cream, vermicelli and cherries.
Leave in fridge to set.
Serve chilled.
