INGREDIENTS
2 & ¼ Cups Cake Flour, sifted... ¼ teaspoon salt160 ml (¾ Cup) Lukewarm water*1 Tbspoon soft butter & drizzle oil inside when rolling out your roti balls*
METHOD
In a mixing bowl sift your flour, add the salt & mix in your lukewarm water... If the roti is to wet add more flour. Roll it out into shapes & dot with butter & oil & fry for 5 minutes max... Dotting your warm pan with some oil & fry until golden & puffy. Njoy with your Mutton Curry or Butter Chicken with a side Salad🥗
Trick is:Fot forget too rest the dough mixture for 10 minutes, in the bowl, before rolling it out & adding your butter & oil inside..
Makes about 15 Roti 's Balls

Can also freeze well for 2 weeks
