Roll out dough ..divide into.2 parts Grease a baking tray Line one layer Use Steak or chicken or mutton or polony or mince or any filling of choiceCook pies like you would do mamas pie filingsSpread tomato sauce. Mustard sauceChilli sauce and chow chow or picallily sauceLayer your fillingTop with onion rings tomato rings boiled egg rings and grated cheeseCover with rest of the doughBrush with beaten egg sprinkle kus kus and blobs if butterBake at 180* for +- 45-50 minutes
