INGREDIENTS
1 large onion (finely diced)2 tablespoon oil500g Mc'Cain frozen peas, carrots & sweetcorn1 tablespoon Robertson's veggie seasoning1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon ground green chilli1 packet Knorr Curry Vegetable soup1 cup water3 large potatoes (peeled, cubed small and boiled)Chopped coriander
METHOD
1. Braise onion in oil till translucent.2. Then add in garlic, green chilli, salt and pepper.3. Add in the mixed veg and veggie spice.4. Cook till tender, then add in potato.5. Mix the packet soup with water and then add to veg.6. Simmer until thickened, then add in coriander.7. Remove from heat and cool completely.8. Fill into pie pastry, seal. Make slits on top9. Brush with egg and sprinkle on dried herbs. 10. It is now freezer suitable.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
