1 kg Rump Steak thick but Tenderised and cut upIn pot heat 3 tablespoon oil 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 large onion slicedSaute Add all the spices 2 teaspoon Kashmiri masala½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon salt1 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder (can add more) 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mixFew curry leaves2 green chilli SlitBraise few minutesNow Add 4 grated tomatoesBraiseAdd 1Tblsp ginger garlic pasteBraise Now add all the steak Cook on medium heat till soft Add water only if necessaryAdd 6 potatoes cut in halves ( steamed in microwave for 10 minutes) Cook all together till potatoes are soft And meats are doneAnd gravy is nice thick Drain the juice of the can of butter beanAdd only the beans Cook few minutes Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with rice
