(Everything is added all together)
Add little oil to pot (do not heat) 1 kg steak 1 full tablespoon ginger garlic 2 medium tomatoes chopped or grated 1 large or 2 medium onion chopped or sliced +- 2 1/ 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder ½ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon only Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (optional) tuj (cinnamon stick) whole pepper cloves whole Jeeru (Cumin) (Optional Green chilli cut in halves ) When steak is cooked almost halfway add 5 potatoes cut in halves That was boiled halfway to shorten cooking time Cook till potatoes are soft and gravy is of nice consistency Optional: (Can add 1 beef knorrox or 1 tablespoon any onion soup mixed with little water for thicker gravy) 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce (optional) Add green dhania (coriander) Serve with Basmathi peas rice or any rice Make with wagaar with only onion and ghee (Clarified butter) Serve with salads and achaar
